Return Policy and Right of Withdrawal

Unless stated otherwise in the exceptions below, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase under the conditions outlined in this policy. Our priority is customer satisfaction, and we aim to make returns and exchanges as straightforward as possible. To proceed with any return or exchange, the original purchase receipt must be provided.

In-Store Purchases
If the purchase was made at the Laptops Deals CY store, we accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of the purchase date, provided that:

• The product is unused, undamaged, in good condition.
• All accessories and original packaging are included.

Online Purchases
For purchases made through the Laptops Deals CY online store, we accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of the purchase date, subject to the same conditions: the product must be unused, undamaged, and complete with all accessories and packaging.

Refunds
Refunds are not available. However, you may exchange your product for another item of equivalent value.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:

• Labor costs associated with the delivery.
• Products that are damaged, used, or mistreated.

Online Store Withdrawal Rights

Customers have a 14-day period to withdraw from the contract without providing a reason. This period begins:

• For service contracts, from the date of the contract.
• For goods, from the day the customer or an authorized third party receives the items.

In the case of multiple items in one order or batch deliveries, the withdrawal period begins once the final item or batch is received.

How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal
To withdraw, customers must notify us within the 14-day period. They may either:

• Use the withdrawal form available on our website, or
• Provide a clear statement of their decision to withdraw.

Notification is considered timely if sent before the 14-day period ends. We also offer the option to submit the withdrawal form electronically through our website, and confirmation of receipt will be provided promptly.

Effects of Withdrawal
Upon withdrawal, both parties are released from their obligations:

• To complete the contract for remote or off-premises sales.
• To finalize a contract for services where an offer has been made by the consumer.

Consumer Obligations upon Withdrawal
Unless otherwise arranged, the customer must return the goods within 14 days after notifying us of the withdrawal. The return costs are borne by the customer unless we have agreed to cover them. For off-premises contracts, if the goods were delivered to the customer’s residence, we will cover the return costs, especially for items unsuitable for postal return due to their nature.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Fully completed service contracts initiated with the consumer’s prior consent.
• Goods subject to market fluctuations beyond the retailer’s control.
• Custom-made or personalized items.
• Goods that deteriorate or expire quickly.
• Sealed items that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once opened.
• Goods that are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
• Contracts for emergency repairs requested by the consumer.

Warranty Policy
Our products are covered by a warranty for safe and reliable operation, with written usage instructions (for complex products) and warranty documentation provided in Greek. The warranty document includes the guarantor’s name, address, product details, and specific terms.
